The house is welcoming, comfortable, surrounded by the green of garden. Dall\u2019abitazione si pu\u00f2 accedere direttamente ad una spiaggia rocciosa isolata e tranquilla, circondata da scogli, dalla quale \u00e8 possibile fare il bagno e nuotare in mare. You can rest and sunbathe in the private garden and take walks, or you can go up to the terrace to enjoy the beautiful panorama in maximum privacy, or you can laze on the sofa in front of the fireplace with a view of the sea. The accommodation is also equipped with an efficient heating system with radiators and fireplace which makes it suitable for living comfortably even in winter.&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;alloggio ha il fascino unico di trovarsi su una penisola di un ettaro, circondata dal mare da tre lati. Ogni stanza dona pertanto una vista incantevole. Potrete riposare e prendere il sole nel giardino riservato e fare delle passeggiate, oppure potrete salire sulla terrazza per godere del bellissimo panorama nella massima privacy, oppure potrete oziare sul divano dinanzi al caminetto con vista del mare. In spring and autumn the villa becomes an enchanted and extremely reserved place, where the only companions will be the wind, the sun, the sea and the seagulls. It is possible, on request, to stay even in winter with extreme climatic conditions, since the heating system allows absolute comfort inside the villa, but the experience is only recommended if you are willing to challenge the bad weather and strong gusts of cold wind coming from the north.&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u2019estate si pu\u00f2 godere di un posto tranquillo e riservato, lontano dal caos in quanto la spiaggia rocciosa antistante alla villa \u00e8 decisamente isolata e poco frequentata. In primavera e in autunno la villa diventa un luogo incantato ed estremamente riservato, dove gli unici compagni saranno il vento, il sole, il mare e i gabbiani. For starters its in the very best location in all of Vilanova, it&#8217;s literally right on the water in a gated, private compound that has a beautiful sprawling garden to enjoy. The house is from the art deco period so has much more style than the 1980s beach houses common in Puglia. And this is clearly someone&#8217;s house &#8211; the linens are Frette, the decor very casual but high end. It was like staying at a wealthy friend&#8217;s house. Also Vilanova off season is pretty sleepy but that was perfect for us and it was a great place to explore Puglia from &#8211; Martina Franca, Grottaglie. Alberbello, Polignano a Mare &#8211; all are 30 minutes or so away. It is a fully equipped house with two big rooms, kitchen, bath and a beautiful garden. The place was very clean, provided plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. There is direct connection to the see, only few steps away. The house is uniquely decorated and the architecture guarantees fresh and perfect climate in-house without the need of an air conditioner. There is free parking within the area. There is a small village 10min walk from the building with shops, restaurants, bars, etc. on the other hand there is a quite, relaxing atmosphere around the villa, perfect for relaxing. We been there with our 4 years old daughter, she liked the place a lot and the direct see connection was extremely useful. The owner is very friendly and provided lot of useful local tips! Last but not least the owner is a gracious and lovely host who was available, hospitable and had several good suggestions for restaurants. Materialien, Design und farbliche Abstimmung vom Feinsten. Von jedem Raum hat man Ausblick auf`s Meer in 10 m Entfernung. \u00dcberdachte Terrasse, Garten mit E\u00dftisch sowie an der Meerseite die M\u00f6glichkeit zu sitzen oder zu liegen. Alles vorhanden, was man brauchen k\u00f6nnte. Sogar Kamin. Wo sonst hat man einen Strand f\u00fcr sich allein? Absolut ruhig bis auf das Meeresrauschen. Die Einrichtung ist ein sehr, sehr geschmackvoller und liebevoll ausgesuchter Mix aus alt und modern! Es ist das sch\u00f6nste Haus, welches wir je gemietet haben! Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und bietet Schutz auch an windigen Tagen! Die K\u00fcche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht! Der Eigent\u00fcmer ist sehr, sehr nett und half bei allen Fragen z. B. Wein, Restaurants etc. sofort und gere! Der Zugang zum Meer ist steinig, aber f\u00fcr unsere 9 j\u00e4hrige Tochter war es kein Problem mit dem richtigen Schuhwerk in das glasklare Wasser zu gelangen! Ein wirklich unvergesslicher Uraub!
